scaling and setting up for exit
We put in place Best Practice performance marketing, putting efficiency at the heart of marketing and promotional planning. This included adding new channels, introducing planning and processes and providing communications platforms that garnered press and influencer attention. The result was that we turned a loss-making and declining business to a brand making its first profit in 7 years whilst driving record revenue of over £100m. All this in 18 months and led to a sell of the beauty retailer to LVMH.
Hyper international growth
This fashion retailer was experiencing flattening revenue and having just gone through an IPO had to issue a profits warning to the city.
We transformed the business through its marketing, implementing growth marketing via content, influencers, events, retail and data-led performance and customer marketing.
Processes had to change but so did team structure. All this allowed the retailer to expand internationally and we grew revenues from £70m to £300m in 3 years.
driving b2b leads
This health sector business had been long established, but its sales team were struggling for high quality leads.
We set up new lead capture capability on their site, trained the customer teams and when the foundations were in place set-up PPC and paid social to drive targeted leads. Supported by enhancing collateral for their B2B2C channels and sales aids and this resulted in turning around a declining segment of the business in to growth. Complemented by events and content, the effects are still seen to this day.
